Survival Priority Stat Question PVE...

Hey guys so i was wondering, havnt played SV since WotlK so i was thinking of trying it out. However i am alittle unclear about the Stat Priority.

ANy Help is appreciated :).

Agility > 8% Ranged Hit > Haste (20%) => Crit > Mastery = Haste (21%+)

is that it?
I honestly don't know. I get different results using Female Dwarf and Mr. Robot, and a lot of the other information out there is outdated. Everything I run (in my bad gear) has haste valued above everything except for agility (past hit cap) though, even past 20%. I would like to see if anyone has clarification myself.
The simplest form of Survival stat priority I can give you is

8% Hit > Crit > Haste > Mastery

Hit cap is obviously a must and Agility is the highest stat weight we have aside from maximizing those 2 following the stat order above should maximize your dps
The simplest form of Survival stat priority I can give you is

8% Hit > Crit > Mastery > Haste

corrected for acuracy
This is assuming that you can fit 3 Cobras in between every ES, correct?

Your completely wrong... i dont know why you would correct that as if you were sure it were right...
you should always be able to get 3 cobras in and in some cases 3 cobras and an arcane shot. Once you get 2 set an additional arcane shot will always be in you're 6 second rotation.
Using the method crit > mastery > haste is very outdated and incorrect. haste now has a higher value than mastery due to exp.
Much obliged for the answers.
Survival priority would be hit>Haste to 758>Crit>Mastery>Haste

Bullet has said that with 2pc t13 Haste will be better then mastery.

This. Haste to 758 allows you the tight 3 Cobra > 1 Exp cycle, disregarding Thrill procs and the like.

With the 2pc T13, it will more than likely force Haste over top of Mastery full time as it reinforces a DPS cycle near identical to our high Haste build in FL being 4 Cobras > 1 Exp in 7. We'll instead be able to do 3 Cobras > 1 Arcane > 1 Exp in 7 for a slight DPS gain, with stacking Haste reducing the slight pushback of Exp.

Note that there's still more theorycraft and sims running on this particular topic.
I've messed around with both haste and mastery builds and have always seemed to pull bigger numbers while haste heavy. Not that it means anything, but it's just an observation that I've decided to roll with.
