Can anyone help me out with a rotation with tier 13 4 piece?

Aimed Shot when you have any haste procs/bloodlust/Rapid Fire, arcane shot otherwise.
Track icd on set bonus and use arcane when it is up for your dump. For an easier but very slightly less efficient rotation, use arc dump all the time when not under dynamic haste effects.
