Can someone give me advice

[:1]Since the new patch come out I ve been seeing people ripe off 20-30k damage and I been flipping around a bunch of website trying to figure out a better build or shot rotation and know matter wht I'm doing can't seem the break 13-14k damage can someone look at my build and tell me what I'm doing wrong.
