I am hit capped in both scenarios.
I compared the new 378 helm/shoulders from Hour of Twilight against the 384 PvP helm/shoulders. FemDwarf is saying I'm looking at almost 360 dps INCREASE going from the PvP gear to the PvE. (These are my only pieces of PvP gear.)
The only reason I'm skeptical isbecause I'm losing a fair amount of raw agility. Thoughts?
