I am not a Beast Mastery hunter so I'd prefer to see pets that are tamable for Survival and Marksmanship. However, if you favorite pet model is for BM, please put that as well.

Loque'nahak. Only tameable pet with that model. There are other unique skins, but they share models with other tameable pets. Loque's skin and model are both unique to him, making him truly one-of-a-kind.
Terrorpene (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=50058) and Sambas (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=50159) are probably the most unique models available that don't require Beast Mastery.
Terrorpene's model is shared by a handful of mobs but only he's tamable. Sambas' model is shared by a few neutral NPCs but they are likewise untamable.
